Shipping Policy

The shipping costs vary depending on the country/region and type of transport. Before completing the order, you will be shown the shipping options and the resulting additional price. To help you save postage costs, the delivery time within Europe is 4-8 working days and in Switzerland within 3 working days, unless an option for faster delivery is shown .

There are no additional taxes for delivery to the European Union, as we deliver from a warehouse in the EU for EU customers.

Deliveries to other European and non-European countries may incur additional duties, taxes and fees for which the recipient / customer is solely responsible. We are happy to assist to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the duration of the transport and often the contracted postal service providers do not keep the specified turnaround time.
