Why can't Swiss customers order all of our products?
Unfortunately, we have received a sales ban from the cantonal laboratory in Zurich for Menergeticum and Libido+, because they believe that two herbs are not included in the Novel List. However, we have received the free sale certificate from our German expert for the EU but Switzerland goes its own way. We don't feel like going for a long, costly legal battle, so we are focusing on foreign markets for our products. We also still deliver e.g. to the EU from our EU warehouse.
